We are a small company located in central Pa. in the town of Jersey Shore. We have a retail store located in a small mini mall and have been in the retail computer business for over 14 years and have been repairing computers for over 30 years. We mainly sell used, surplus laptops, test equipment, video and surveillance equipment, and many other odds and ends. We don't always know the condition or the equipment we get in so this is a good place to hunt for bargains. Please read the auction descriptions carefully before deciding to bid. If you're looking for a laptop that is ready to go right out of the box, our USED laptops are NOT the ones for you. You'll need to be able to buy and install parts and load software to use our laptops. If you don't understand this, please don't bid on our equipment.

For right now we are taking US PayPal with a confirmed address, West. Un. money orders, USPS money orders, and US checks. We hold all checks and all other domestic money orders 10 days. eBay will be restricting us to accepting ONLY paypal in the near future and we'll be switching to only paypal (or other online payment services if we find something acceptable) when eBay requires it.

We ship with UPS and we ship as soon as we can, usually within 5 days of payment. We will ship USPS but it takes us a while (sometimes a week) to get to the post office.

Most of our items are sold AS IS but we do sometimes make mistakes and will take a return. If you have to return an item contact us for an RMA number. Package your item back up in the original packaging material and package it properly and ship it back. Don't forget to insure the package also. Put a note inside the package as to the reason for return, the item number and your contact information. Once we get it back we will inspect if for damage, make sure it's the same item we sent and repair, replace or refund your purchase price. We do not refund shipping and if the package is packaged improperly or the item tampered with you will have to pay for return shipping to you. We will not refund for an item that was stripped or damaged while in your possession. We've learned this the hard way!

If for some reason you can't give us a 5 star rating in the Detailed Seller Rating, please contact us BEFORE you leave feedback. Anything less than 5 stars results in eBay Subtracting from our status and could cause us (or any seller) to be suspended. Leaving us a 4 star or less actually hurts (it's like negative feedback).
