My name is Richard, I'm a painter based in Rochester Kent. After Foundation Studies at KIAD in Canterbury I went to Liverpool where I gained a 2:1 in Fine Art (Painting) Since then I've continued to paint away in my Studio (posh shed) Now I'm here!

Everything I sell is my own work. In fairness to those that have bought my work through Art Fairs and Galleries I will not be offering cut priced paintings here. What will be available here are sketches and preperational studies that otherwise would be lying unseen in my studio. I may make pieces especially for Ebay, but these won't be available anywhere else. I hope that you like what you see. Filling my sons head with nonsense. Making up outlandish claims. Training our cats to be more useful around the house (my wife has similar plans for me) I like Gin and Tonics in the garden, or anywhere else for that matter. I very much like getting together with friends and talking rubbish at great length and volume.

Far too many to list really, I've just finished A Secret History by Donna Tartt, recommended to me by a very nice chap at a boot fair but perennial favourites are The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov and The Magus by John Fowles

Too many, but the ones I keep going back to are the likes of Mr Hulots holiday, Grosse Point Blank, The Bourne Trilogy, Bond after Bond after Bond (hey, I never claimed to be an intellectual!)

80's Hell. The Blow Monkeys, David Sylvian, Lo Fi folkie stuff Richard Hawley, pretty much anything that either Alec Lester or Ratcliffe and Maconie play on Radio 2. Rather eclectic really

Hmmm, not much really. I like films.

Cash, Cheque, Cards, Paypal, Shiney things, Beads, etc etc An Art Now Pay Later scheme can also be discussed for larger pieces.

Works on Paper will be sent in either hard backed envelopes or rolled in a tube depending on suitability. Larger pieces will be sent wrapped in Bubble wrap and boxed for protection. Whenever possible I may well prefer to deliver a piece in person for the cost of petrol and a cup of tea.

If, on receiving your new piece of Art work you feel that it isn't really right for you or the proposed hanging space you can return it and I shall refund you in full (minus an agreed amount for shipping)I would prefer it if you became one of my many repeat buyers rather than cursing everytime you walked past the piece.
