Horrible experience ! They told me ill receive my item with in 15-20 days. Well it went 10 days above the expected delivery date and didn't received my order. Tried communicating them but poor customer service. I literally got my reply after 6 days. They did refund me which is good. Overall their communication is horrible.

My advice: Always order a UK sim card from a UK seller. In the past, I ordered one from a USA seller and it was expired (6 months) when I received it. I didn't find out that it was expired (wouldn't work) until I arrived in the UK.
