Most orders ship same day if placed before 12 noon CST and arrive within 3 business days. Fast, economical and reliable UPS shipping is available. Most orders are received in 1-7 days. Orders that weight 100 lbs or more may be trucked with freight lines and can take up to 2 weeks.

Items must be in new, unused and in resalable condition and in its original packaging. All returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee. If your shipment is damaged during shipping, a claim must be made within 5 days of receipt. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged please save all packing materials and contact us immediately at returns@hutshops.com. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace the parts that are damaged under manufacturer's warranty. If the customer elects not to receive parts if available for the item and to ship the item back for a replacement, the customer will incur all shipping fees. After 5 days, we are not responsible for missing items from order. When warranted items are sent, customer will be responsible for the shipping fee. When customer decides that they do not care for the quality of the product and wish to return, they will be responsible for any shipping fees back.
