You have a choice of payment methods. You can either: - pay by Paypal direct from your Patpal account or via Paypal with credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch - pay by cheque: include your order number with your signed cheque. Cheques must be issued by a recognised UK bank.

Products are delivered to the delivery address given when the order was placed. Delivery is processed same or next day, no collections or deliveries are made Saturday or Sunday. Normally items are sent via Parcel Force and GLS, UK 48 or 24 hour, this is insured and trackable, Overseas items are sent Euro international 48 ot International postage, items are insured and trackable.

Goods supplied by Rob and Jayne’s are guaranteed against defects for a total of 30 days. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to inform us of any defect with the product. Overseas buyers will be liable for the cost of return postage. Refunds will be made to the same account as payment made otherwise a refund will be made by cheque upon receipt of the returned goods. Under the Distance Selling Regulations buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the Order and get their money back.
