I've been on eBay since October of 1997, when eBay was 2 years old. I've seen it grow from a small close-knit community built on mutual trust and respect to a larger community requiring many more rules and regulations.

Giving Back
Sharing what we have with the community is important. I've written a number of Guides and Reviews as part of that giving back. Guides about how to unlock phones, how to avoid fake phones, information about newer mobile technologies and similar topics are the mainstay of my effort. My reviews cover a variety of mobile devices and other electronics. My wife says -You've never met a cell phone you didn't love.- Keep that in mind as you read my reviews. To me mobile devices are an engineering marvel. I tend to be positive. I've also participated in the auction donation program on eBay. It's a painless and easy way to help others who need it.

Selling on eBay is a hobby for me. I like to play with mobile devices, learn what I can about them and then move them on. I enjoy designing web pages and taking photos. Selling on eBay allows these three passions to unite.
Payment policy
I now exclusively accept PayPal as my method of payment. It protects my buyers and it protects me as a seller.
Delivery information
Once a payment hits PayPal I try to get the item to the post office as quickly as possible. My record is forty-five minutes from payment to post office but I think I can do better. Most items paid prior to 4 pm CST go out the same day. See my shipping comments in my feedback.
Return policy
My return policy varies and will be stated in each auction. Returns are determined on a case by basis. If I have several of a particular model lying about I'll take a return for exchange. Sometimes I'll have a money back guarantee, sometimes, as with a new in box item, there will be no return and I'll assist with the warranty by making phone calls to the manufacturer if needed.

My Customer Service Philosophy
If I've done something wrong I want to make it right. If a piece of equipment I've sold has malfunctioned I want to make it right. My goal is to ensure you are glad you bought from me and not the seller one line above me or below me with the same item. Some folks seem to have the philosophy -We're not happy until you're not happy.- I'm not that guy. I'll work with you. Once again, see my feedback.
Feedback Philosophy
I leave positive feedback for sellers who deliver genuine goods. There may be problems we have worked through or half worked through but for me if I got what I paid for they get positive feedback. Negative feedback I leave for people I honestly believe should not be on eBay because they are not honest enough. Buyers who pay me get positive feedback. They get it, almost always, before their item arrives. Once they have paid me they have fulfilled their end of the bargain. I admit I time placing their feedback so it falls about the time their item should hit their mailbox. This reminds them it is coming and to look for it. It also puts them in the feedback frame of mind. I like getting feedback also.
