I am an honest and reliable ebayer and i take the selling of my items very seriously, giving as good a service as possible. Feedback is the lifeblood of the community, shame not everyone feels the need to give it, i always do.

Everything i sell is either mine or family/friends items, i will not sell broken or defective items, if i sell games or dvds they are all 100% original, i do not sell copies. If you have a question about anything i sell, email me and i will respond ASAP, i usually check my listings twice a day so your request should be dealt with pretty quickly.

I accept payment by PAYPAL , Personal Cheque, Postal Order. I will never post an item before funds have cleared.

I base my P&P on any listing fees,selling fees (ebay & paypal),packaging costs,postage costs. As such i see my P&P fees as more than reasonable, after all, when you purchase something from a shop you are paying towards, actual cost of the product and, their profit margin, packaging, staffing, lighting, rent etc. My items are alway securely packed and i alway retain proof of posting. Items of higher value are usually sent via recorded delivery, i have usually factored this into the P&P price prior to listing.

If your item is not as i described in the listing, i will of course replace or refund on receipt of the item.

Feedback is soooooooooo important, it gives other buyers or sellers an insight into how reliable the ebayer is. I used to leave feedback for every person who bought from me, but so many buyers couldn't be bothered, my policy now is to leave feedback when the buyer has left theirs. Feedback also indicates the item has reached its destination, which is a big help. If you aren't happy with your item please contact before leaving a negative as most problems can and will be sorted.
