Although eBay is just a fun hobby to me, I take the responsibility of selling very seriously. Although I check eBay on a daily basis when I have items for sale, I also have a full time job, and that's what pays the bills!

I am married with 2 young daughters and live in Radstock near Bath. We have a completely smoke free home although we do own a friendly cat called Sophie, a couple of well behaved Goldfish and 2 chickens in the back garden! I don't sell any crap - that all goes to the car boot sale!

Although I treat eBay as a fun hobby, I take the matter of selling very seriously. I have always provided a service that is second to none on eBay - just read my 100% feedback to see the glowing testimonials. I expect a swift, honest and trouble-free transaction when I buy stuff on eBay, and I therefore set the highest standards for my selling. I always dispatch the goods in very secure packaging within 24 hours of payment, which I expect within 7 days. I know from experience how frustrating it is to buy something on eBay and then wait for days and sometimes weeks for the thing to arrive. If you buy from me, you will want to buy again, I guarantee it! This is what the spirit of eBay is all about. I always provide a VERY accurate description of what I am selling, and if I say it is new in the box, it is just that! I sell mostly stuff that interests me or toys that the kids have grown out of. I also have a regular purge on my music and DVDs so keep checking back for those bargains!

After much faffing about waiting for cheques for 99p to arrive in the post, I have now decided to accept only PayPal payments on all my auctions. OK, so it means that eBay makes a bit more money out of me on every transaction, but this was all their idea in the first place, and it does make things a lot simpler, especially for my overseas customers. I have never and will never pass on these extra costs to my buyers.

P&P charges are ALWAYS quoted in every listing for domestic customers. In view of the recent changes to the availability of listings to other countries, I do not always calculate the overseas rates, but I am always happy to give a quote unless the listing states that I will not send the item overseas. I sure you will find my postage rates highly competitive, and representative of the postal cost. A lot of my auctions come with free P&P, now you cannot get more competitive than that! I try to recycle packaging materials wherever possible which helps keep the postage low, but NEVER at the expense of the quality of the pakaged item. Again, just check my feedback if you are in any doubt - I have had a lot relating to the security of my packaging!

All my items are described in detail so that there can be no ambiguity over the item you are purchasing from me. However, I am a reasonable person and would consider any complaint on its merits. Any return that I agree to would not involve a refund of any postal charges. I have never had a dissatisfied customer yet, and I don't intend starting with you!
