Free/Open Source Software
I advocate saving you IT money through the use of Free/Open Source Software. For a start, 95% of Microsoft Office users could easily do their work using OpenOffice.org. It's free, Office 97/XP compatible and it's on PC, Mac and Linux. www.openoffice.org. Then if you're fed up with viruses, system slow down with time (even after disc defragmentation), then try one of the modern Linux distros like openSUSE or Ubuntu. If you need Email, Internet and Office, Linux covers those for a start and then some.

Business Information

Payment policy
Paypal is the quickest method (not the cheapest), followed by BACS transfer e.g. via online banking. Cheques will require 7 banking days for clearing (should actually be 14+) before items get sent out.

Delivery information
Isle of Man postage... No 2nd class mail, only 1st class available. Similarly, courier costs are higher than UK too; off island by ferry (monopoly) or by air. The bonus is good service. Most times, if I post Mon-Fri, you should receive next day. For peace of mind, I send items by a recorded service. Royal Mail additional charge on postage is an additional 72p.
