Rimmers Music Group has been established since 1978 and sells comprises the Rimmers Music Stores – several large shops in the North West of England, www.rimmerseducation.co.uk – our online store supplying to Schools and Music Services throughout the United Kingdom, www.rockingrooster.co.uk – the online music megastore and the eBay Shop. We sell a wide range of musical instruments - both new and used, but all in excellent condition. We have wide ranging, in-depth knowledge of the music industry and, as Rockschool and London College of Music examination centres, we have the knowledge necessary to provide the best possible service to our customers. Because of this, a considerable proportion of our business comes via recommendations from our existing customers.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express.) We also accept postal orders and cheques (please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear before we despatch the item).

Our larger products are despatched by courier the next working day if the payment is received and processed before 13:30, many of them delivered free of charge to the UK mainland. Our smaller items are sent by Royal Mail First Class to ensure they arrive as soon as possible. Delivery dates quoted are indicative and not guaranteed. No liability will be accepted for delay in delivery.

Any product may be returned to us for a full refund within 7 days of delivery providing it is in same condition as when delivered and in the original packaging. The buyer however will pay all delivery charges involved including delivering and returning the product.
