We send all items by 2nd class post in the UK unless specified by the buyer. All overseas items are shipped using Royal Mail airmail service.
Return policy
In the unlikely event that a return is necessary PLEASE email or phone us within 14 days of receiving the item. Any item returned to us without our authorisation will be refused & returned to the buyer. All returns must include the original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition plus a letter stating the reason for the return plus the Ebay item number, buyers name, address & telephone number. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning items. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable.
