1. Please email us initially to clarify your concern, to which we will respond. 2. Returns will be accepted for incorrectly described, carriage damaged or faulty items received back within 7 days of receipt. 3. A full refund will be given following the return and inspection of an incorrectly described, carriage damaged or faulty item. 4. Refunds will NOT be made in cases of ‘buyer remorse’, e.g. changed your mind etc. 5. The item must be returned by trackeable carriage/postage in the condition in which it was received, and with the original packaging. 6. This refund policy does NOT apply where any faults have been stated in the item description or in the case of any known inherent faults. 7. Any items lost in transit will be refunded in full once time required by carrier/Post Office to consider an item lost has elapsed.
