We are a web based business specialising in 'top end' mirrors, wall art and other items for interiors. Our mirrors and wall art products meet world class manufacturing standards and are range tested to confirm to the British Safety Standard BS 7449 (1991).

On Ebay we take Paypal. However, we have other methods set up for our main business. In the near future we anticipate extending this to an Ebay shop.

We trade purely via the internet. Delivering mirrors and other items for interior decors direct to our customers - quality items at affordable prices direct to where they are required. Our mirrors come with fixings attached ready for hanging and all mirrors come with hanging instructions. We use experienced couriers and appropriate packaging for these heavy yet delicate items. We charge £15.00 for this service and deliver within 7 days (usually 2/3 working days).

In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days for a full refund or an exchange. Simply email us to notify us of your intention and inform us of the reason for the return stating whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange for another item and we will supply you with a ‘Returns’ address. Subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were despatched, with all labels/tickets attached we will commence the refund/exchange process. When returning goods please ensure that you send the items back by recorded delivery, as Room Beautiful Limited cannot accept responsibility for goods that are not received back at our warehouse. Please note that we cannot refund postage for goods that are being exchanged or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
