We are an online rope retailing company selling a wide range of rope from marine rope, climbing rope, general rope and arborist rope. Infact if it's rope related we probably have it or know where to get it.

History/background
Online rope retailing business established 2007 although we have been selling rope and rigging for years. Based in the South West we send rope all over the world and specialise in cut lengths including spliced and whipped terminations that can easily be ordered online via our website.

Payment policy
Cheque, credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, pay pal

Delivery information
Normal delivery is by courier - generally Parcel Force. Where possible we will supply a tracking reference so your delivery can be followed. We endeavour to ship within 24 hours of receiving an order. Delivery may take between 24 hours and 28 days depending on the method selected and the world geographical location.

Return policy
We are unable to accept returns of cut lengths, custom orders and orders including splicing work due to their custom made nature. Should you need to return any other item for any reason, please contact us for a returns authorisation. The goods must be in an unused state with undamaged and original packaging and we should be notified with 14 days of your receipt of the goods. If there is a fault with the goods we shall undertake to repair or replace the item at our discretion. The repaired/replaced item will be shipped back to you free of charge. The basis for the guarantee will be that as supplied by the manufacturer. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected. Any contract will be governed by English law E&OE
