Delivery information
Items are sent out using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery ,Royal Mail Tracked or APC Overnight depending on the parcel weight so a signature is always needed. If possible please supply an address where there will be someone in to sign and also a contact phone number to help delivery

Return policy
Returns must be sent with the original packing and a note explaining reason for return with your name and address and Ebay I.D. Postage on returned items will NOT be refunded unless item is faulty.
