Please note Pottery or Ceramic items are often handmade and they may have some minor imperfections that are part of their manufacturing process, the majority or our items are either old, Secondhand or both and as a result they may have signs of wear and tear commensurate with age that you wouldn't see on a brand new item. We always describe the items accurately, to the best of our knowledge but we are not experts or infallible and may miss something. So any questions please contact us before bidding. We security code the majority of our items for safety so don’t wash, it or remove the label or mark unless you are happy.

U.K.buyers we accept PayPal, Cheques, Cash, Postal Orders. Bidders Please send your payment to the address in the invoice, we will dispatch the items when the payment clears 3-10 days for some cheques. Please ensure that you include the delivery address, eBay item number and item title with your payment. Collection: UK buyers who are collecting their items must pay by either cash on collection or by cleared cheque prior to collection. Because of Paypal rules we are unable to accept payment by Paypal from buyers who wish to subsequently collect their item. Overseas buyers: Payment by Paypal only in Pounds Sterling. At listing end, please wait until receiving the invoice before sending payment so that correct shipping charges for your destination can be applied. International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, etc.imposed by the buyer's home country. We will despatch all items within 3 working days, weekends and bank holidays excepted. If you require an item urgently please let us know, and we'll try to get it to you more quickly. To ensure that our items reach you in the best possible condition they are packed, using specialist packaging materials, we recycle boxes and bubble wrap where we can. Postage and packaging will be charged at the rates stated in the 'Postage, payment details section of the listing. Overseas buyers please contact us for postage charges We arrive at our postal charges by taking the actual postage charge, and adding an amount usually between 50p & £1.00 to cover the cost of boxes, envelopes, tissue paper, bubble wrap, tape etc. Packing materials do not come free. We ship by either courier or 1st & 2nd Class post using recorded delivery mail when appropriate, which offers up to £46 compensation for loss or damage. Returns: If you change your mind you may return the item (excluding books) for a refund, less the postage costs If you are returning an item, please notify us prior to the return. All returns should be sent by recorded delivery. Returned items remain the buyer’s responsibility until received by us, and must be in the same saleable condition as when despatched. Refunds will not be given on any item where the security identifying marks or labels have been removed. In the unlikely event you have a problem with anything that you buy, contact us via the eBay site, we’ll do our utmost to resolve it as quickly and as amicably as possible. In the event that an item is lost or damaged in transit buyers will be required to provide signed written proof of either non-delivery or breakage, detailing the item, & their name & address. If you receive your item and it was broken or damaged in the post please contact us via eBay, within 2 days. As we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, we will claim on your behalf from the Royal mail, or if you prefer to claim yourself from the Royal mail for the damage, we will send you the proof of posting/tracking number along with a claim form. Not received the item: If your item has not yet arrived you can check where it is by entering the tracking number on the Royal Mail website. We always put the tracking number on the eBay & PayPal websites.
