Roy's Toys is an independent online retail store founded and ran by a lifelong Nintendo fan. I have been playing their games for years and I know the products I stock very well. You can be assured you're buying from a likeminded fan!

Roy's Toys is an independent UK registered business founded in August 2009 with the aim of becoming the number one stop for all things Nintendo.

Payment policy
We accept PayPal payments only on eBay.

Delivery information
All our products are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or via next day delivery courier service, which will be specified on the auction. We can accomodate other delivery options but please contact us first to confirm details.

Return policy
If for whatever reason you wish to return a product to us, we will be more than happy to take it back as long as it is in a salable condition and is within the 7 day returns window in accordance to the UK Distance Selling Regulations. Please contact me via email first if you wish to return something and I can offer advice on an individual basis but laid out below is our general policy for returns, refunds and replacements. Roy's Toys will only accept a return if the item is still in a salable condition. This means it must be unopened and in its original packaging. If a console or video game is found to be faulty, please do not contact us but rather contact Nintendo's help line on 0870 6060247. Roy's Toys cannot accept responsiblity for any items that go missing or are damaged in the post. To this end we reccomend you send packages via recorded delivery. Roy's Toys cannot offer a refund on postage costs unless the error is on our end such as sending an incorrect item.
