We are a small family business that proud ourselves on excellent customer service. We have been in the retail business for over 8 years and continue to grow and progress, with our aim to distribute good quality products at the most competitive prices.
Payment policy
We accept PayPal, Personal cheques, eCheques and Postal orders. If you use any other method apart from PayPal your purchases will not be dispatched until payments have cleared.
Delivery information
Postage and packaging is charged at the cheapest possible rate. We use Royal Mail to deliver most of our products, we also use CityLink to dispatch larger parcels. We run a day behind meaning anything you purchase will be picked, packed and posted the next day after payment has cleared. If you would like your item posted out the day you purchase please ensure that your payment will clear with PayPal and contact us via e-mail before 2.30PM so we can make the post run for that day.
Return policy
You are welcome to return buy it now items within 7 days of receipt of item. Return postage costs are at buyers expense. If the item is faulty return postage costs will be covered by us. Original Postage and Packaging charges will be refunded in either situation.
