All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
Fair go. That is all I'll say about myself. If we are not providing a fair go for our customers we should not be online.

Its interesting to see what goes on online. Things that are for sale, and things that people do. Some things are plain funny, other has the wow factor, and others we wont look at twice. I love to see a good seller, who looks after the buyers, as I am buying as much from eBay as much as selling.
If there is a word of warning that I'd like to express to the fellow buyers, is mate, keep your money safe before handing it over to sellers who appears to not care for the buyers. Check, Check, Check. If the seller has not given you reason for confidence, think twice. There is an article in our website that discusses ways to tell a good buyer apart from the bad ones (and bad ones are out there to rip people off). Like I always say, a good buyer is a safe buyer.
Business InformationHistory/background
SalesBerg.com was formerly SuperChipTechnologies. SuperChip Technologies was a shop in Sydney with eBay for product clearance and promotions. However, SuperChip Technologies closed operation, to give way to SalesBerg.Com a complete e-commerce business, striving to provide customer service like no one else can.
Return policy
Our return policy is kept as easy as possible for the buyers while being fair to the business. Our stance towards refund is relaxed, and if some one wants to return something purchased from us, it probably means the customer is not 100% satisfied. There is no point of forcing someone to keep something that is not of satisfactory expectation.
SalesBerg.Com HomePage
Our home page was put together as a non-bias information repository for anyone buying and selling online. This on its own is a massive topic and thus the website will keep growing. The information provided is free of cost to the visitors, and if you register (free), you can ask us any question and we shall attempt to put together a tutorial that satisfies the question.
