Payment policy
I prefer to accept Paypal as it is safer and speeds the whole process up. It protects the seller and buyer if anything should go wrong.
Delivery information
Always wrap items well and ensure it will make the journey. Ensure you charge enough to cover postage cost then add alittle to cover time and packaging. We all make a profit in this area but do not go over the top. This is a sure way to put buyers off and could result in bad feedback. Ebay can only remain the the place it is today if we all trade fairly.
Return policy
As I am not a business I do not accept returns and if you list your item honestly you should have no need to have a buyer wanting to send items back. On occasions buyers have tried to get a discount by claiming the item isn't as listed so ensure you are 100% correct in what you are saying. For eg, I posted a car lamp to Miami at a overall cost of 100pounds, when the buyer received it he claimed he didn't realise it was for a different model and could we come to some arrangement ie cost. I did my homework and the differences between the different lamps was obvious and my picture and wording showed this. I said he could return it but I would not reimburse postage. I never received it back and know he just wanted a discount and HE HAD got what he ordered. Be careful it can sometimes be abit of a sharkpool.

Feedback
Ensure you always leave feedback, If unhappy always give seller opportunity to resolve your dissappointment before leaving any feedback. If you receive Negative or Neutral feedback always reply to it so it displays both points of view.
