I am a very honest trader with up to today 100% feedback. Unfortauntely we are all human and make errors, due to an error on my part I have received my 1st negative feedback after 451 positive ones. Please do not let this cloud your opinion of me.

Previously owned a Card & Gift Shop, then a Chemical Company and now I part own with my sister an Adult Day Care Centre looking after people with age related disabilities while their 24/7 carers get a break for a few hours. Part time ebayer who would if I had the time like to be a full time ebayer

I prefer PayPal but accept Postal Order

I try and keep the postage and packaging down to the minimum but sometimes get it wrong. I weigh everything prior to listing it but sometimes it differs when I get to the Post Office. Sometimes I miss out and have to pay more than the buyer paid and visa versa but usually very close. I post very quickly as I genuinely beleive that if you have taken the time to bid and buy you deserve a speedy turn round from my end.

If an items arrives damaged due to the postal service a buyer can contact me for either proof of purchase and a claims form to pursue a claim themselves or send me back the item and I will refund the original purchase cost. Its cheaper for the buyer to claim back themselves as posting an item back to me will not be included in the refund I send.

I will only alter my listing to Buy It Now if no one else has made a bid on the item, other than that I am happy for the item to take its course.
