I work for a large company, but dont really agree with how they do business and dont run my own little ebay business the same. i beleive in honesty and giving value for money. Even though I have been a member since OCT 08, I never started to trade till May 09.
Payment policy
At present I only work with PAY PAL, I like to keep things simple. Persons who purchase items then do not pay waste everyones time, and I ask that items purchased are paid in a timely manner. Disputes are raised against those who do not pay to recover costs. If you cannot pay straight away please let me know when you can, communication is KEY. If I offer a refund it is only through paypal minus any costs.
Delivery information
Most items are posted in bubble envelopes or bubble wrapped, some in hard boxes. Depending on item it will go recorded, but proof off postage always obtained. I like to make sure and mention it on all my listings you are happy with P&P costs before bidding to save problems later, if not please dont bid and cause problems later, postage rates always vary and quality packageing does cost. Im not really fussed where I post to, as long as Royal mail take it and the buyer is happy to pay for it. Fact it is sometimes cheaper to post out off the UK these days. I however cannot be held responsible for some off Royal Mail and DHLs handling, but will always bubblewrap sensetive itmes the best I can. I will put 4 WORKING days as generally the max I take to post an item as I work quite long hours but generally get the item posted early, if you are not happy with taking 4 working days to post I ask you not to bid then start complaining about dispatch times.
Return policy
If returns are accepted it will be stated, and ask you to check here for policy. If you wish to return your item an receive a refund please do within 5 working days. I will not refund postal costs or ebay charges . I will also void any returns from people who provide negetive or neutral feedback, or email abuse. Items lost in post shall not be refunded, a copy off proof of postage shall be forwarded for you to claim for loss from royal mail. many items are recorded anyway. Anyone suspected off abuse of the system shall be reported to Ebay.

Honesty & Politness
If you have a problem let me know, what I dont reply to are threats and general unpolitness. I believe if you make a deal you should honour it, there is nothing worse than having to raise a sellers grievance with ebay, which I like to avoid at all costs. If for some reason you have a change off mind, COMMUNICATE. 99.9% of ebayers are easy to do business with but we all know the other 0.01% are not unfortunatly.

If you have an issue. Please communicate. Someone who just leaves negetive or neutral feedback does not achieve anything. I will always leave feedback accordingly to good buyers and sellers alike. I will always take a good photo off an item and describe the item to the best off my ability this may include dates when made, size and conditon.
