We began trading in April 2007. Our contacts and position in the market place enable us to obtain specific products at extremely low prices. When exceptional opportunities present themselves we will acquire items with the intention of marketing them on eBay. From time to time we also find ourselves with items to clear. This can be as a result of a contract cancellation or just over purchasing; in these events we also use eBay as a way of targeting customers.

If you wish to return an item you must notify us of your intention including details of the item, item number and the reason you wish to return it. This information must be sent as a message through eBay or by email to returns@samuraiconsulting.co.uk. Please provide a valid daytime contact telephone number. You may return any item within 7 days of receipt. Please note that items must be returned unopened and in the original condition received. Used items can not be returned. In the event that you believe an item to be faulty you must notify us by sending a message through eBay or email to returns@samuraiconsulting.co.ukwithin 7 days of receipt. You must include details of the item, item number, detailed description of the fault and a valid daytime contact telephone number. If an item is found to be faulty we will either replace the item or provide a full refund. Returns are made at the buyers own expense and Samurai Consulting can take no responsibility for any damage or losses.
