We have many years (more than we care to remember!) experience of selling construction materials between us, and we are happy to share that experience with you, and to help you choose the correct goods for your project! We encourage payment by PayPal wherever possible: It provides you, the buyer with ease, speed & security of payment, confidence & protection, and its easy for us too!And it means that your goods can get despatched to you quicker, as well! We will however also accept payment by cheque if that is the payment method that suits you best.

Wherever possible, we will send your goods on the next working day after receiving payment at the latest! We use insured couriers wherever possible. Please help us by providing a mobile number where you can be contacted with delivery queries, and any info that you feel that may be useful to us when arranging the delivery of your goods. We will advise you by email if there is going to be a delay, or if our carrier advises us of any delivery issues.

Please talk to us before returning goods - you may not even need to return them as we may be able to find a solution to your issue! We will, off course accept goods back as long as they are in the same condition as supplied, and that you return them at your cost. Outward carriage will also not be refunded unless the goods have been sent incorrectly by us in error.
