All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
I love eBay, am nicely addicted to it, bought myself a million fab items, as well as presents sent direct to friends, for the 1st year, before trying selling. I love it. Learnt by being a buyer, what makes a good seller.

My ebaying experience so far...
I practice good seller attitude & behaviour always, eBay is just a hobby but I offer a highly professional & personal style of service and customer care (not all the actual professional sellers on eBay do!) I like to be helpful in true eBay spirit whenever I can. I've had no trouble with buyers, with the exception of one gentleman who held a grudge after I couldnt deliver to him some 300 miles away (he had not read the listing properly), who bought, went silent for weeks, & never paid. He got a strike & so opened a new account just to press a buy it now of mine for a reel of packing tape at 99p, never paid & left me negative feedback. It's a shame a few try to spoil it for the rest of us. Just had a buyer accuse me of lying on a listing & tampering with a perfume. I very politely reassured her but she continued to accuse. I'm a scrupulously honest seller. Assurances were not enough for her nor was an offer of refund and she left unfair neutral feedback. You just can't please some folks
Business InformationHistory/background
None! This is just a hobby, but I treat buyers the way I would have loved to have always been treated as a buyer on eBay myself. If that sometimes means going out of my way, I will whenever possible as it is important to me that each transaction is a win win situation. I have had shoddy treatment from sellers often enough to know how miserable it makes the whole experience. Unless a buyer is taking the micky, and I've only had one so far who was, I will bend over backwards for folks if I have the time, whether it's to lead to a sale or not, and have received many lovely messages during & after trading. Only 1 buyer abused my eagerness to be helpful & accommodating, and she was still treated professionally & politely, she was even given a goodwill discount. I believe each transaction should be a win win situation. ie, we should BOTH gain, not just the seller, nor just the buyer. We are equal traders. That's the beauty of eBay. I've had a good trading experience nearly every single time.
Payment policy
Cash on delivery or collection unless otherwise discussed, paypal, postal orders, cheques or echeques all accepted for sent items.
Delivery information
I tend to underestimate and pay the difference myself. We offer quite a bit of delivery to help out those unable to collect large items.
Return policy
No need when we deliver or folks collect as we encourage thorough inspection so that a buyer is happy before paying. I offer returns on some clothing. I always try to be accommodating, it is a pleasure.
