Hi, my name is Sarah and welcome to my shop. When I started out selling jewellery in late 2007 it was just a bit of fun, but I had so many customers asking for more, that with my business partner's (Stuart) help, in 2008 we made it a mini business!

Sarahs Jewel Box became a business in April 2008, since then we have continued to grow month on month and can now offer a much larger range of jewellery. We run this along side full time jobs, so we are limited as to the hours we can spend on it. All the jewellery is bought brand new in the UK and 99.9% of it is UK Hallmarked/Stamped (see listings). As a small business we would like to think that customer service is one of our main priorities, so if you have a question or problem please feel free to contact us.

We accept PAYPAL (prefered) or personal cheque our bankers drafts. All funds must clear before the items will be sent.

P&P is via Royal Mail. Standard postage is RM Special Delivery, we know this costs a few pounds more but as RM do not insure jewellery sent via recorded you will be guaranteed your item or your money back. We endeavour to get to the post office most days but this is not always possible. If your items delivery is urgent please let us know in advance and we will make a special effort.

All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, postage will not be refunded. Unless there is a problem with the item, we may charge a restocking fee.
