History/background
We began our business in 2000 where we sold ink and paper from a market stall in a derbyshire town. We opened our first retail outlet in 2001 and then another shop in 2003 , we closed the second one about 2 years later as it didnt prove as sucessful as the first one. We eventually closed the first retail shop in 2007 this was due to being unable to lift heavy boxes as i had a back injury. We now continue to operate from the internet selling our refilled cartridges due to the demand from previous customers.

Paypal via ebay or cash on collection

Delivery information
We always post out same day after payment recieved. We always say that please dont wait too long if your item hasnt arrived it should be with you within a couple of days.

Return policy
If your item is found to be faulty please either email us or phone us to see if we can rectify the problem. If we cannot resolve it over the phone we will replace it for you. We will ask you to send the faulty item back to us for replacement.
