I AM ME!!!
I am what I am. Very much what you see is what you get. I am hopeless at being devious. If asked for an honest opinion, I assume that is what is wanted, and give it. I have two wonderful children from a disastrous first marriage, and a wonderful second husband. Unfortunately he is suffering from a serious heart condition which tends to throw our lives into total chaos from time to time. I write poetry, but only when something moves me. I find it a really good way of expressing deep feelings. My Dad, who unfortunately died in 2000, always said that life was like a chocolate machine. If you didn't put your penny in at the top,you wouldn't get your chocolate out at the bottom. I believe that. I work hard. 365 days a year. I do not suffer fools gladly. I despise liars and cheats. I play fair and hard and expect others to do the same.

History/background
My husband and I are both electronics engineers and satellite installers. Our company is Derby Communications 1989. It was his company before we met, and is now down to me, as he is too ill to work..

Payment policy
I will only accept paypal, as I have had too many bad experiences with other payment methods. If contacted before an item is sold, I may, under certain circumstances, accept cash by registered post. I do urge registered post, as our postal service here is not the best and I do get a large amount of post go missing. I am quite happy to have any items collected in person, and in that case, I will accept cash on collection.

Delivery information
I package all items very carefully, and do seem to have most arrive in undamaged condition. This costs money! It adds to the weight, and therefore adds to the postal cost. I try to keep costs down as much as possible, but parcel tape and bubble wrap cost money. We try to recycle scrap cardboard and reuse jiffy bags to keep the costs down.

Return policy
As all our items are well protected in transit, and well tested before listing, we do not have many genuine complaints regarding our items. If an item is really faulty, then we will of course replace it. You will have to pay the cost of returning the faulty item to us, and we will dispatch a replacement on receipt of the faulty item. The cost of posting the replacement to you will, of course be down to us.

I prefer to handle all queries through ebays messaging service. My address will only be supplied if necessary when an item is bought and paid for.

Honest Trading
All items are honestly described. If an item is damaged in any way, that will be stated in the description. I am not a con artist, and do not rip people off. I am however human. Being human means mistakes can happen. If and when they do, then please give me the chance to rectify the mistake.

Feedback
I take my feedback seriously. I like have a 100% positive. I choose to leave negatives in place and let my customers judge for themselves. Two customers so far have left me negative feedback. One of them, the items were lost in the post and subsequently found. The buyer in question left an addition to feedback to say so. The other negative seemed to think that a parcel could be posted and emails replied to when half the area had no electricity due to severe storms sweeping the country! I think even negative feedback is important for prospective buyers to read, and form their own impression.
