Any delivery/postage fee is at a cost price. Everything costs to have delivered. Heavier/larger items will always cost more. In many cases the item can collected from several locations (Generally South England and is stock location dependant) therefore avoiding any delivery/postage fees. This is something that we believe no-one else offers on eBay.

Particularly on large items, the buyer is responsible in ensuring that the item fits through doorways, and is suitable for the intended room etc before purchasing. Returns will only be made where the buyer returns the goods in a re-saleable as new condition, unused and un-opened. A return fee will be charged for the transport back to where it was delivered from. If a delivery fee was originally charged, then the return fee will be original delivery fee x 1.5. If P&P was orignally free, then for the purpose of returning an item using our transport the fee is £25. The buyer can return the goods using their own transport,however,it is important to ensure that the method of transport will be adequate taking into account the size and weight of the goods. The buyer is responsible for the cost of all the return costs. In line with eBay selling rules, any item purchased via an auction format will not be covered under the Distant Selling Regulations. This does not affect your statutory right
