All our P&P prices are based on the actual Royal Mail weight plus the cost of packaging materials. We provide a discount on multi item purchases, therefore please contact us for a better price (if applicable).

We will not accept returned goods without proof of purchase. If any item (s) arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong product, the company must be notified within seven days from the dispatch date. We can not accepted goods which do not appear to be faulty or damaged and have had any seal opened / damaged or have been used in any way as all non-faulty items must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Failure to meet this condition may result in no refund and goods being returned to you. You the customer must pay postage fees or/and tax duties on all return items which are not faulty. We are also unable to refund the postage and packaging paid on orders which are returned to us and are not faulty in any way.
