Delivery information
Shipped ASAP from time payment is received or has cleared. This is usually the next business day, as we print our labels each night for the next days shipping, if time permits, we will print labels in the morning, prior to going to the warehouse for that days shipping.
Return policy
As with Most Auctions, Sales are done on an As-Is basis, however, back to our first belief, we treat others, as we expect to be treated, so if there is a problem, we will entertain any reasonable request to satisfy someone. We have no recourse in recouping shipping from shippers, so shipping is not a refundable portion of any purchase.

Best, quickest would be via email, as we answer EACH and every email that is sent to us. Due to all the phishing schemes out there, we repond directly to the email, which goes back to your email address on record with eBay, so if that is incorrect or outdated, then our reply will not be received by the buyer. We do not try to evaluate Mailer Demon's information on returned mail. So we suggest you always make sure you keep your email updated and if you have one of those SPAM/Approval mail features, we do NOT complete those for approval of mail. YOU wrote to US, we simply replied, so if you want a reply, then it is your responsibility to set us up to receive mail from. Having 100+ emails per day, we are not going to spend our time dealing with potentially scam emails or email approval systems.

Payment Policies
We deal with many whom purchase multiple listings from us. Other than the automated payment reminders that eBay sends after a week, you will hear nothing from us until items reach 30 days without being paid, at that time items move from our viewing in our MyeBay for shipping and an item can easily be missed and we also have only until day 45 to file for our fees to be returned from eBay. So at that time, we will start the non-payment process. If you were still shopping, then we simply ask you pay for the purchases, without the shipping and we will go ahead and pull these items and stage in our staging area for local pickup or later shipping. When ready to ship, we will get the size and weight of the package and invoice this on your last invoice or on a seperate Paypal invoice. Local Pickups MUST be paid prior to picking up, through whatever is your normal payment method. We are not a retail outlet and are no licensed to sale items from our warehouse.
