History/background
An Ebay member since March 2004, I have been selling personal items and unwanted bits and bobs since January 2006 - and I loved it so much that I decided to become a Business Seller in March 2007!

Payment policy
UK Buyers - I accept Paypal, Personal Cheques and Postal Orders - please include Ebay ID, or transaction number. Euro/USA/International Buyers - I can ONLY accept Paypal. If your payment comes through as a Paypal Echeque, there will be a long delay in processing your order, as it can take 7 - 10 days to clear.

Delivery information
All items will be dispatched within 1 business day, unless otherwise notified, Bank Holidays etc. excepted. All items are wrapped as safely and securely as possible, and I do like to include that personal touch. Please note that I will not falsify Customs Documents. Please ensure your full address is correct in Ebay and Paypal - I cannot be held responsible if your address is incorrect.

Return policy
If you are not happy with your items, or you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact me to arrange a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in original packaging in a resaleable condition, with the exception of any damaged items. Please note, I cannot accept returns on worn pierced earrings, due to hygiene reasons. Refunds will only be issued when I have received the returned item. Unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, original costs will be refunded only - the buyer is responsible for return postage. Please note, I do not offer partial refunds.

i feel compelled to leave a more in depth message than the feedback allows. Of the many items i have purchased from e-bay i have to say that yours was the most simple yet elegantly packaged, with a personalised note and business card - i was very impressed. so much so that i was still talking about you on the phone to my friend that night! I shall definately be inclined to purchase items from you again, and will also be recommending my friends to do the same.
