I always prefer people to pay by paypal, it is easier to deal with, and your covered against errors!

I will always try to be as reasonable as possible with postage prices, i usually try to weigh the items before sending so i can look up how much it'll cost to send.

Although i never state a returns policy, on the odd, genuine occasion, i will offer a refund if i have clearly made an error.
