I do not accept returns. As I sell cosmetics, this is for hygiene reasons. If an error has been made in my listing or the customer returns the item at their own cost to me in the condition it was sent in, an refund will be issued. I am sorry but I cannot refund the buyer's return postage posts.

Items are dispatched as quickly as humanly possible. However, this is impossible when I have work, my local post office is closed, over Sundays and bank holidays etc due to post office being closed again. I aim for one day dispatch. Items paid for immediately after payment or early in the morning can usually be sent the next day or same day dependent on what time it is.
