Scotmore Ltd is a new Internet retailer who started trading in early 2008. We sell mainly mid to high-end jewellery items by leading designers, but are able to offer our eBay customers a carefully selected range of products tailored to the eBay marketplace, and suited to eBay auction-style formats. We are successfully growing our business via personal recommendations made by our customers to their friends and collegues, and from repeat customer orders. Our aim is to exceed our customer's expectations in both the service we provide and the quality of products we offer. Your comments are always most welcome.

At this time PayPal is the only payment method we accept for payment of items bought on eBay. If you do not wish to pay via PayPal, then please do not bid on our items. We do not charge extra for payments made via PayPal. Remember - your fast payment deserves our faster than FAST delivery!

All items are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day), Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Air Mail. Postage & packing covers all the costs we incur in dispatching our items, including administration, packaging, printing, and postage costs.

If you experience problems with a product, please don't hesitate to contact us at ebaysales@scotmore.co.uk and we will do our best to help. If we cannot resolve your problem, we may request the item to be returned to us. If the product is faulty then we will send a replacement item immediately, or if that is not possible then we will offer a refund. Please note that all items must be returned in their original state, and must be packaged to at least the same high standard as that used by us to ship the item to you. We regret that due to Health & Safety reasons it is NOT possible to exchange earrings.

We list ONLY items we actually have in stock. If you pay for your order by 3pm on any working day, it will be dispatched the same day. So if you live on the UK mainland your item will most probably be with you less than 24 hours after you have paid for it. Remember - your fast payment deserves our faster than FAST delivery! We'll try our hardest to get your item too as quickly as possible. In many cases, that means it could arrive in less than 24 hours!

As we are a new company, we obviously want to make a good impression by offering excellent customer service, value and quality products to our eBay customers. Your feedback is critical to our success on eBay, so if there is anything at all that you are concerned about then please don't hesitate to contact us first, before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Please don't feel you need to hold back when leaving positive feedback though! Even though sellers can no longer give negative feedback, we still only provide our feedback after the buyer has done so.
