What we expect from sellers
Dear seller We try to avoid buying gold that has been weighed on kitchen scales but this is not always possible.due to the weight not being correct on scales made for weighing food. In most cases the weight is usually 1 to 2 grams under the stated amount, this causes us and seller problems as each gram of gold in money terms is worth from £7 to £8. This is a lot of money for us to loose especially if the gold is under weight more than 1gram. If for any reason we have bought gold from you and it has been weighed on kitchen scales, we would advise you get the weight checked by a professional jeweller before sending gold to us. If any gold is found under weight we will request a refund for the missing quantity. Unless you have stated clearly kitchen scales that weigh food. Please dont be alarmed by this e mail we pay very high prices for gold and just expect the desription to match as stated. please e mail us if any concerns. Thank
