I am a top retailer for the hottest manufacturers around. I take time to research what's hot and try to get it for you as fast as I can. I will be honest, I run this business with the help of my husband. However, I am a Mom first to 2 small children. I am very involved in their schools and activities outside of school. My life is nothing short of chaotic. As a trauma nurse, I thrive on chaos. I am usually up pulling and packing orders after midnight. I try my best to be perfect but somehow have yet to master that one :-) Occasionally I will miss an item or send the wrong item. I do guarantee that any errors will be dealt with immediately and rectified 100%. I will go out of my way to make you happy! That is my promise!

Paypal is the only form of payment I will accept. No exceptions. Payment is due within 7 days of being invoiced.

I ship via United States Postal Service. Small items will usually for First Class Mail but most everything is shipped priority. I only charge actual shipping cost based on weight. I don't charge packing and handling charges. If you wish to have your package shipped another way, you must let me know and additional charges may apply. Insurance is an optional charge for customers within the USA. Insurance is required for all international orders. I can guarantee your items are packed to perfection and shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. No shipping on weekends and holidays.

If you feel the item has been grossly misrepresented or it is just not what you thought it would be, you may return it. You must call or write for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a number. Only unopened and unused merchandise will be accepted. You will recieve a refund for the item only. If the item arrives damaged, please notify me immediately and I will do what I can to rectify the situation.
