Payment policy
Paypal for fast delivery. Or Postal Order - Item would be sent when P.O has arrived. Will not take Cheques or other forms of payment at all... due to so many scammers.

Delivery information
P&P stated on each listing goes towards actual Postage price, Packaging, Handling/Admin costs. I'm not a Business so do not get Business rates or discounts on posting as some may. I do not decide the Postage costs Royal Mail does! Please remeber to take the P&P inti account before bidding.

Return policy
NO RETURNS If on the rare occassion,for a special reason I was to accept a returned item,it will be sent back at cost to Buyer (as per Selling/Ebay/Paypal rules) Refund will be a full refund of your payment made to me, no extras will be included.

Contact information
Please contact me through ebay messaging. I always reply as soon as possible, most times the same day.

Postal delays
I always post within 3/4 days and always keep in contact with a buyer about posting. If however you have not heard from me...do NOT get angry as maybe an emergency has happened, in which case be patient, I will get someone to put a message on here explaining what has happened. I DO NOT ignore messages. I always send items. - so if I have not been in touch there will be a very good/unexpected reason.

Please do not leave feedback to communicate with me, ebay messaging is for communicating. Some people just say 'thankyou' on feedback, which is not what feedback is for. It is to give a short informative comment for other ebayers to see on your transaction with me... so they can decide if I am a good seller/buyer etc. I will informative feedback for buyers, once I know they are happy with the item & with buying from me and our transaction complete.
