..as you wouldst be done to! There is nothing that I do on eBay that I would not do in an offline setting or that I would NOT be happy to have done to me. Many of us tend to forget the human element in our trading and slip into believing that we're all part of some automated, digital eBay empire. We are not, we are human beings and deserving of patience, courtesy, respect and understanding. My trading is informed by this knowledge and I trust that my trading partners reciprocate.

I source my stock from a variety of London fashion agencies. Commercial confidences don't allow me to go into greater detail than this but all items are authentic and in A1 condition.

I accept PayPal as a method of payment
Delivery information
I seek to make no margin on postage charges. UK charges are based on Royal Mail first class recorded rates. All UK and worldwide postage is sent by International Signed For. This provides protection for both seller and buyer but it comes at a price.
Return policy
As a seller I am bound by eBay's buyer protection scheme and offer full, no quibble refunds if a buyer is not satisfied with their purchase. In return all I ask for is pateince, trust and manners.
Quality and communication
I am totally committed to quality of product, service and communication. It's what makes eBay such a great trading community. From my experience as a buyer there is little more frustrating for a buyer than after purchasing an item to be greeted by a wall of silence and a painfully slow dispatch process. I always remember that when a buyer pays it's because they want their item and they want it NOW.
Falling short of high standards...
A glance at my feedback will show that a slip in standards is rare but none of us are perfect and well intentioned mistakes can and do happen. All I ask for from my buyers is to communicate with me directly to resolve problems. Online trading can often insulate us and lead us to forget that we are dealing with a fellow human at the other end of the broadband connection.
