OUR COMPANY CONSISTS OF WHOLESALE AND DIRECT PURCHASE OF CELLULAR PHONES, THE LIFELINE PROGRAM WHICH IS A GOVERNMENT FUNDED PROGRAM TO ASSIST THE LESS FORTUNATE. IN OUR OFFICE WE ALSO HAVE A TECH ROOM WHERE OUR TECHNICIANS REPAIR AND REFURBISH OUR MERCHANDISE TO SELL. IN OUR EBAY ROOM OUR QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT DOES FULLY FUNCTIONALITY TESTING OF EACH USED PHONE BEFORE THEY ARE LISTED AND SHIPPED OUT. THE SHIPPING IS FREE, AND OUR EMPLOYEES RESPOND TO YOUR EBAY MESSAGES BY THE END OF THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Paypal is our preferred payment method and ONLY method for accepting payments. Payments must be completed within three (3) days. We ship items daily during our business hours Monday through Friday, with a daily shipping cutoff time of 2PM Eastern Time. Most orders ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. As for our shipping method, we use USPS (United States Postal Service). We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, nor is delivery available on these days. We only ship to the address listed upon check out in Paypal (NO EXCEPTIONS). No international shipping.

Customer service is important to us, so we offer a fourteen (14) day return policy. Any problems upon receipt of the item must be made known to us in writing, sending us a message from a computer using eBay messenger. Please do not attempt to send us any messages using a mobile device or tablet, because mobile devices and tablets are prone to misdeliver messages. All defective items will be thoroughly tested for the problem specified by the buyer. All items being returned for a refund must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories.
