Saw a niche in the market for buying quality items and selling them on without the huge price tags stuck on. I know personally what it is like trying to budget but still give my family treats and gifts they want. Like the majority of parents out there I know what it is like to read the Christmas toys wanted list in despair (and thats just my husbands let alone the rest of the family!)

Your item will be sent within 3 working days of recieving payment, by Royal Mail. Unless requested the most cost effective method of packaging and posting will be used and I pass that saving again onto you ( so no inflated P&P charges) If I have to pay £2.35 for postage and 50p for packaging, I will only charge you £2.83..None of this £5.70 for P&P only to find the item arrives wrapped in a bin liner and Postman Pat has only charged £1 for postage Malarkey. Yes I have been stung on this one as well in the past...Thats why I wont do it to anyone else. I always get proof of delivery, so if the item is late..I can prove it aint me pulling a fast one!

I will always ensure the best care is taken to get your items to you safe and sound. If something does go wrong in transit, dont scream and shout, just contact me and I will endeavour to replace or refund within 7 working days after you have sent the damaged item back to me. And of course if its a refund you would be wanting the postage you paid to return it to me will be reimbursed to you.

So far this has only happend once, but if this does happen to you then Royal Mail will be contacted, you always have the option of requesting postal insurance. This then will be added to yoru invoice.
