Please pay or post payment within three days. All our items' prices and postage costs are clearly displayed. We can accept payment by Paypal, credit/debit card, cheque and postal order. Cheques are payable to ‘S Chamberlain’. If you would like to pay by card, please complete the buying process, then phone us with your card details to hand or email us with your phone number and we will contact you.

We will send your parcel within two working days of your payment clearing (usually next day), and will email you when it has been sent. We are happy to reduce postage charges if you are buying more than one item. Please contact us for a combined invoice before proceeding to checkout if buying more than one thing. We always obtain a proof of posting certificate. We pack items carefully and try to keep our postage costs reasonable. We currently only send within the UK.

Please contact us in the first instance, should you wish to return an item. Returns will be accepted within 14 days and refunds issued once the item has been returned safely in the same condition in which it was sent and in the orginal box/packaging. We will refund your original postage costs.
