Sterling silver jewellery, gemstone jewellery, symbolic jewellery, gemstones, dreamcatchers, books on new age subjects, tarot, angel and oracle cards, figurines of buddhas, angel and fairy ornaments, Native American-inspired giftware, Egyptian-inspired giftware, Feng Shui-related items, wood carvings and aromatherapy oils.

Please pay or post payment within three days. All our items' prices and postage costs are clearly displayed. We can accept payment by Paypal, credit/debit card, cheque, postal order and banker's draft. Cheques are payable to ‘S Chamberlain’. If you would like to pay by card, please complete the buying process, then phone us with your card details to hand or email us with your phone number and we will contact you. Please note, we will always start an unpaid item case if a customer does not pay, because of the time wasted and costs to us caused by non-payers. Please do not bid on or commit to buy our items if you do not intend to follow through with a timely payment.

We will send your parcel within two working days of your payment clearing (usually next day), and will email you when it has been sent. If you are buying more than one item, please contact us for a combined invoice before proceeding to checkout. We always obtain a proof of posting certificate. We pack items carefully and try to keep our postage costs reasonable. We had to increase our postage costs in April 2012 due to Royal Mail's postage increases, but this is our first increase in four years on eBay. We would like to think our costs remain very reasonable and once postage, packaging and fees are taken into consideration, do not leave us with any 'profit' on postage fees.

Please contact us in the first instance, should you wish to return an item. Returns will be accepted within 14 days and refunds issued once the item has been returned safely in the same condition in which it was sent and in the orginal box/packaging. If there is a fault with the item we will of course refund your return postage costs, but if you have simply changed your mind we can only refund your original postage costs.

All of the items we sell are new, unused and in excellent condition. If there is any slight 'flaw' in a product, this will always be described in the listing.

We are happy to post most of our items to international buyers, but our listings are only set up for UK sales, so if you are outside the UK please contact us for information on the postage cost of the item(s) you are interested in.
