I run a small business selling ladies fashion and accessories, i now sell items on ebay through my ebay shop and at various fairs and shows. I will always post asap usually the next working day mainly by second class with proof of postage, if the item(s) are valuable then by Recorded delivery or standard parcel with insurance.

I am happy to offer a refund in most cases, this includes: -Incorrect sizing -Faults -Loss in the post Just send me an email letting me know what has happened and once i acknowledge the return, you will have to post the purchase back a full refund will be honoured less my postage costs.
