As of the summer of 2009 we will have been trading on ebay for 7 years. Like most small businesses we started off slowly with small items, mostly gold number sim cards (still a popular line today!) and grew through demand to selling mobile phones, and this year, a selection of printers, cameras, mp3 players and many other items. We are expanding and our product range is increasing all the time, so please add us to your Favourite Sellers list and check back regularly - look out for those special offers from time to time too!

Unfortunately due to the growing number of non-payers most items are now immediate Paypal payment only, but please ask us if you wish to pay by cheque, postal order or bank transfer. Cheques can not be accepted from overseas buyers due to the high cost of depositing them in the UK.

We keep postage costs to a minimum but please remember that these include packaging materials etc. All items posted are fully insured against loss and damage at no further cost to you whether you live across town or across the world, so you can buy with complete confidence.

In accordance with ebay policy we operate a 14-day returns policy. Please be aware that this period includes a 7-day period in which you have the chance to inspect the goods and inform us that you wish to return them. A valid reason must be given for return and under no circumstances must the goods be used. Goods must be returned with all original accessories and packaging in the condition that they left us. Outgoing and return postage costs are a fee that is paid to the carriers and thus we do not return P&P costs either way.

We sell (mostly) unlocked mobile phones. This means they can be used with any sim card (PAYG or contract) on any network in any country as long as the phone is suitable for use in that country. All phones are sold as PAYG phones and, for UK buyers, supplied with a new PAYG sim card of your choice. There is no contract involved and nothing further to pay. You can use your existing PAYG or contract sim card if you wish. Most phones are of the 2G type. These are not usually suitable with the 3 network in the UK. We usually have a small selection of 3G phones and these are compatible with the 3 network. 3G phones are better known as videocalling handsets. Most phones are triband phones on the GSM 900, 1800 and 1900 wavebands. These will work in most countries but in some areas of America buyers will need to check with their network that they are using the GSM 1900 waveband. If they are using the GSM 850 network a triband phone will NOT work and a quadband phone is needed.
