Shahtek has been selling discount telecoms since 2000, we specialise in selling ‘as new’ & ‘reboxed’, ‘ex-display’, ‘manufacturers factory refurbished (as new)’, ‘end of line’ & ‘mail order box damaged products’ directly to you, the esteemed customer, at the lowest prices possible.
Ex-Display: This classification describes products that have been on display for demonstration purposes at high street retailers or returned by mail order under their ‘no quibble’ 14 or 28 day guarantee. These products, in many cases have never been used or taken out of the original box! This also includes phones & faxes which fail high quality standards due to damaged packaging or very slight cosmetic imperfections. The box seal (if originally present) may have been removed or opened to allow the product to be fully inspected.
New & Reboxed: These are products that are new but due to the original packaging being damaged the product has been repacked in a plain box.

Delivery information
Delivery to UK Mainland only, unless otherwise arranged. Please contact me for further information.
All items will come packaged in a very strong waterproof packages. Royal Mail come and collect from us Monday to Friday. Any item purchased Saturday/Sunday will be collected on Monday.
Royal Mail First Class is used. Shipping costs are always stated. Items are usually dispatched once payment has been cleared via Royal Mail within 24 hours (On Weekdays).
Royalmail first class delivery can take 1-2 days.
Return policy
All goods are fully tested prior to dispatch. If however you encounter any faults within 14 days, you may return the item and exchange will be arranged ASAP.
All returns must include all original items undamaged, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact me first before returning an item. All items being returned will be at Customers cost.
