Communication beforehand about measurements, design options etc was excellent. The item was then made and delivered in good time - and was well packaged. We were very pleased with the quality and look of the product when it arrived and it fits perfectly. We had been let down by the company we were going to use as they needed 14 weeks to provide this...so pleased that we checked eBay instead as we got the window we wanted much more quickly and at a lower cost. Seller highly recommended.
