Postage and packing fees include postage costs, packing materials (although I do recycle packaging wherever possible) getting to and from the post office and the time and effort involved. I now post abroad, see my listings for items which I am willing to post overseas. I post weekdays to UK addresses and only post once a week to overseas addresses on a Saturday. (this may vary on occassion depending on life's demands but I will always advise you of when items will be sent via the ebay messaging service.)

I am becoming continually more disheartened with ebay having recently received my first ever negative feedback in over 5.5 years on ebay. The negative was received due to a postal error, the customer could not be bothered to contact me before hand and just left negative feedback. She was not willing to do anything about it afterwards either and I am therefore left with less than 100% feedback through no fault of my own. (big sigh) I have also noticed recently that less and less people are leaving any feedback at all! I can understand buyers to a very small extent but sellers!! poor service, I know feedback is not compulsary but it is a common courtesy! People's manners seem to have gone out the window! Another thing is how people expect something for nothing! Several things now have to be listed as free postage but come on we all know that postage is not free!!!!! Sharon x
