We send most purchases via Royal Mail. We dispatch orders Monday through to Saturday. Orders paid for after 5:00pm Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched first thing on Monday. We do not dispatch on Public Holidays. We always get proof of postage to allow for lost shipments. We cannot make a claim until 15 working days after posting (25 days for our Airmail customers) as that is when Royal Mail considers the item lost or if item is undeliverable for some reason that is the time it should take to return it to us. During this time your item is still in the postal system due for delivery and most likely will be delivered even if late. If you feel your item may be lost, please contact your local sorting office first to see if they are holding it as well as your next door neighbours to see if they have it as Royal Mail do not always leave a card. If you haven't received your item within 15 working days (25 days for our Airmail customers) please contact us via eBay.
