I am just about to launch my new business e-COLLECTit - all auctions will be on this id sheena-b. I have been selling on ebay for over 8 years as a private individual - I have always tried to provide a 1st class friendly service and this will certainly NOT change!

Payment policy
I accept Pay Pal from everyone and cheque or PO as long as they are in £ Sterling. I ONLY accept CASH on collection or personal delivery NOT pay pal.

Delivery information
See the item for postage and packing details. I will always do my best to ensure the item is delivered to you as described and fully accept my statutory duty to do this - all I ask is a little patience and hope that in the unlikely event of items being lost or damaged in transit, that you will co-operate with the carrier/Royal Mail and forward to them the forms that they now insist the intended recipient complete before they issue compensation. Please check with your Customs & Excise if buying from overseas - Duty may be payable which you should allow for plus the carrier may charge you for Customs clearance - I am not responsible for any of these charges - Don't ask me to falsify the customs label - this is very illegal and I don't fancy going to jail!
